Who are we?

We are Sue and Craig, with considerable experience in managing and owning businesses. Our accommodation experience includes managing the Bella Vista Fox Glacier from 2016 to 2021. We have also worked in and managed a range of accommodation types including motels, holiday parks and lodges. Since October 2021 we have been relief managing in a number of properties in the North Island.

We offer a wide range of skills for your accommodation business, and pride ourselves on ensuring guests get the best experience possible. Our highly developed sense of duty means we run your business as if it were our own – that’s what you’re paying us for.

How can we help you?

We offer a complete relief management service, from just $260 per day. That covers the office management, laundry, room stripping if required and basic property maintenance. Further services, cleaning and travel can be discussed when you get in touch.

We’re experienced in using Seekom, Callista Aurelian, The Booking Factory and MotelMate, with a passing knowledge of other property management systems – and we learn fast. In addition, we can offer help with things like getting manuals and training documentation in shape, and preparing your property for Qualmark evaluation. If you want to come back to some freshly painted rooms or lots of ticks on the deep-cleaning list, we’re up for talking about that as well. And we are non-smokers.
